Living room and kitchen
Living room, dining area and kitchen are one open space turned towards the balcony door: you can see the lake from all three. There's a large sofa, a dining table and a few artworks on the walls.
The kitchen is open, with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Pots, pans, plates, cutlery and wine glasses are already there: you arrive, do the shopping and cook.
Bedrooms and bathroom
Two double bedrooms with 152 × 203 cm beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers, blackout blinds. Linen, towels and extra pillows are included.
There is one bathroom, with a shower, bidet, hot water, a hairdryer and basic toiletries. In the mezzanine the sofa bed sleeps two more.
The balcony
It's the room you'll use most. Covered, with a table and chairs, looking straight onto the water: breakfast, lunch, dinner and the sun going down.
Below, the residence garden runs all the way to the shore, with more tables in the shade and the way down to the beach.
