How it works

Pick the dates
Click your arrival day, then your departure day. If there's a booked night in between we'll tell you straight away.

Send the message
The buttons prepare the text with your dates and number of guests: all you do is press send.

Get the confirmation
We reply with the exact price, the deposit and arrival instructions. We generally reply within a few hours.
Prices
The price changes with the season, the number of nights and how many of you there are, so we'd rather quote you properly than publish a rate that doesn't hold. Send us your dates and we'll tell you right away, with no obligation.
Booking direct means you don't pay the portals' booking fees, and we can be more flexible about arrival times, longer stays and special requests.
Good to know before booking
- Check-in between 4 pm and 9 pm, in person, at a time agreed with you.
- Check-out by 10 am.
- Six guests maximum.
- A municipal tourist tax of €2 per person per night, paid in cash on arrival; any exemptions are set by the Comune.
- The pool is open approximately from 1 June to 30 September, subject to the residence rules and seasonal conditions.
- A private, free parking space in the residence garage.
