by writing to us
There's no shopping cart and no form to fill in: you send us your dates, we come back with the price and the confirmation. We handle everything ourselves.
How to reach us
We answer in English, Italian and French, generally within a few hours.
What to tell us
Three things are enough: your arrival and departure dates, how many of you there are, and whether there are small children (we have a cot and a high chair on request). If you've already looked at the calendar, the buttons on the “Availability” page write the message for you.
We reply with the total price for that period, what's due on confirmation and how to get here. Nothing is committed until we agree.
Would you rather book on Airbnb?
That's perfectly fine: it's the same listing and the reviews are there. Booking direct, though, means no platform fees, and we can be more flexible on times and special requests.
